My usual bag measures about 125 cm when all dimensions are added (it's approx 60cm x 40cm x 25cm). Is this likely to be acceptable? And do they rigidly enforce the weight limit for checked baggage or might they give some leeway of a kilo or two?

I don't anticipate it being a problem on my Thai Air or Singapore Air business class flights - but perhaps I am being optimistic?

I am a Star Alliance gold card holder (UA) but I don't think this cuts any mustard with SilkAir.

Thanks for any insights!
Well.. Your status won't count..

They are very strict regarding carry-ons in Y, SIN ground crews are very rude at times.. Even for PPS they'll bark you down..

The dimension should be the same as other carriers or check SQ site because they are the same..

TG or SQ shouldn't be much of a problem.. MI though.. Well I can't really vouch on it..

Happy flying!
