Um, I presume you are referring to a situation outside the UK or when someone else is driving? This is quite a serious crime in the UK and unlikely to further your corporate life (and indeed grounds for instant dismissal in many companies even in a private capacity). Also turning on a phone while taxi-ing is illegal on UK registered planes. Now maybe in both cases you think the law is wrong (I don't) but consider the logical end point - which other laws do you believe yourself to be above?
