Dear Customer,

Air Canada no longer supports this email system as we have been operating with a new email system since May 2010.

We invite you to go to www.aircanada.com/customerrelations to submit your inquiry.

Thank you,

Customer Relations

So a week later, they tell me that the system I sent an email to about a minor complaint is no longer in service, and tell me to contact another site... Bit of a joke. I CC'd Andrew Yiu on this as he and I had PM'd about this a bit, but never heard back....

One would think that the initial email the system sends out could say something along the lines of, oh yeah, this system is no longer valid.

Guess I will re-start the process tomorrow using the website they say. Pity was in my first email, I had nothing but praise for the crew and for how they attempted to handle things.

Original response email after I sent the comments.
