SilkAir Economy Class cabin baggage policy

I have a trip to Asia next week, most of which will be in Raffles Class, with the exception of a flight from Singapore to Phnom Pehn which will be with SilkAir in economy class. Having never flown with them before, I am concerned about how rigidly SilkAir apply the rules on size and weight of cabin baggage. My usual bag measures about 125 cm when all dimensions are added (it's approx 60cm x 40cm x 25cm). Is this likely to be acceptable? And do they rigidly enforce the weight limit for checked baggage or might they give some leeway of a kilo or two?

I don't anticipate it being a problem on my Thai Air or Singapore Air business class flights - but perhaps I am being optimistic?

I am a Star Alliance gold card holder (UA) but I don't think this cuts any mustard with SilkAir.

Thanks for any insights!
