Why couldn't the AA agent see the business availability?
As mentioned in the KVS Tool User Guide (
http://Help.KVSTool.com/), the
[Awards/OneWorld] Method shows Availability
per trip and may include mixed-cabin itineraries.
Therefore, for premium cabins, you either need to check each segment separately or use the new
[Awards/BA-OneWorld] Method, which shows Award Availability
per flight:
