They are for real - PM and DM receive them. I think the PM ones I received were worth 1500 points and the DM ones worth 2500 points. I've given them out to FAs, GA's, and Customer Service Agents who have merited them.
They are 1500 points this year for DMs as well...we just got 5 this year instead of 3 like the previous few years.
