in the aft(rear?) section of the plane, the noise levels are such that one cannot make conversation. i know AA has a bunch of those things, and i think whatever NW is called has some also. the FA's usually sit back there. are they not hearing impaired after a year or two?

does OSHA check noise levels back there? if so/not which OSHA( most are state affiliated) should check.
