Gaucho, ah, OK. I never noticed that UA serves cheap Champagne since they mix the Mimosas in the galley. And I guess the OJ masked the poor quality of Champagne. But I clearly recall the SQ FA asking me if I wished for Dom or Krug before takeoff.
