My experiences with AA has also been good. I think I am realistic about what to expect, flexible, and have redeemed millions of miles for international premium travel that I never could or would have paid for and had memorable vacations and experiences. Ive never redeemed for a domestic ticket - thats not what FF programs are for in my book
