No. There is no class of service bonus on UA (and I'd assume CO) on all eco flights. That includes Premium Economy 'U'. UA/CO does not give bonus miles for statused pax like they do for NH, AC, LH etc.

LH does give a 1.5x COS for B,U,Y fare classes.
