WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I stumbled upon them via skyscanner, the price seemed too cheap. And indeed after clicking on a link from skyscanner I ended up on skytours where the price was more expensive but still beating the competition by a good measure. So I proceeded to book the flight, my credit card was charged and I received 2 confirmation emails.

Later during that day I recieved another email stating that my reservation had not succeeded, I quote:

"your flight booking was unsuccessful and we were unable to confirm your
reservation.
This error may have been caused by one of the following:


-connection failure with the central reservation system or
-an invalid fare rule or
-an invalid fare

Your credit card has NOT been debited for this transaction.

-----------------------------------------------------------
We recommend that you take the following
action:-----------------------------------------------------------

You may attempt to make the reservation again, making sure that your
credit card information, including address is correct."

There wasn't a hint of an apology in this email and they falsely stated that my credit card was not charged and aked me to TRY AGAIN!!
I had to scramble to get another flight on the same evening not to compromise the rest of my trip, I ended up getting a more expensive 2 leg flight.
Had I not seen the email, or had I already left I would have ended up at the airport like an ... with no flight. I have yet to see if the monew will be returned ty my Credit Card.

If this happens to you make sure to file a complaint with netcheck to which skytours has membership. And count me in any class action lawsuit!
