Welcome to FT, violet99! With all due respect, TG is the best choice by far. Not only is it nonstop, it also offers the best legroom, good IFE, and good service. You also have a chance to upgrade (or get bumped) into Premium Economy.

If you buy B-class coach fares & credit to CO (where B fares earn 150% EQM), you'll be silver elite with your first roundtrip, gold with your second. You can also upgrade from coach to Royal Silk for 50,000 CO miles roundtrip if space is available. That's fewer miles than TG charges its own Royal Orchid Plus members, but ROP members might see more availability. You could ask in the TG forum here on FlyerTalk.
