I had three hotels booked with hotwire in Europe over the next week. Due to the volcanic ash my flights from FRA to EDI were cancelled and I could find no way of getting there on the 24th that didn't involve bus madness. Also at that time the airlines and the ASH folk were saying flights could be dirsupted for ages, I couldn't risk getting stuck so I flew back to Canada as my daughter is having surgery next week.

I called Hotwire Express this morning and after verifying the flight issues they refunded all of the money, I was more than happy to accept credits, but they just said full refund and they hoped my daughters surgery goes well.

I love Hotwire.^ I will also continue to spend lots of money with them.
