To "B" or not to "B" is the question

I am traveling to India (Chennai) from Columbus in September. I need to pile up another 20,000 miles to keep my status in a FF program. I am quite sure that any class travel with an appropriate airline partner, I would make the cut by the end of the year.
However, my question is:
Should I fly "B" business (paying about $3,000 more than the economy) and go in comfort or save the $3000, travel by economy class and use the $3000 to earn more travel later? I can afford spending the extra money.
Factors to consider:
Age-Over 60
Although in good health, RLS, fatigue, and boredom bother me in long flights.
The length of the journey (which is not different regardless of the class of travel). Not tall or excessive weight. Light luggage carrier. Poor sleeper.
Travel duration about a week-travel time included.
Food is not a factor.
Is the leg room, seat comfort, relative quietness, easy boarding, better service worth the extra $3000 for a 20+20 hour flight time?
