You don't think a 7-year old knows when his life is at risk and how to try to escape a dangerous situation? When it comes to endangering the lives of others on board a vehicle during an emergency, I'd be more concerned about a freaking out flight crew or freaking out adult passengers than a freaking out 7-year old.

Blind women and their young children do travel by bus too. And buses get into far more accidents than planes. Should she be prevented from being allowed to travel by public bus as well? Buses need to be evacuated after accidents quite often too.

IT has messed up in at last two ways with this situation.
