d3vski, no one is denying that fact (provided that is indeed the written policy) but haivng "bungled" by allowing her on board from AHM to BOM, how do you strand the family? what were they expected to do? they are not allowed to proceed and going by the same rule, they cannot return to AHM. as i pointed out and also pointed out by others KF deserves bashing for allowing the boarding in the 1st place and more seriously stranding the family
(btw i prefer IT to other airlines (including 9W) so it s!@ks to see an otherwise good airline IMHO screw up so badly)
