Hate to say it, but they should never have been boarded in AMD to begin with. That was the real problem, not the denied boarding in BOM.
Before everyone goes on the bashing Kingfisher bandwagon, consider this:
This lady is blind and has an 18 month old lap child as well as a 7 year old in his own seat. How does she think she will be able to evacuate all 3 of them in case of an emergency.
Surely, political correctness has not overtaken valid health and safety regulations.
