Best card for earning is JCB Gold ANA card as after you spend either 1 million yen or 3 million yen, you get 20-25% bonus miles which is the most anyone can get from normal spending. If you`re not worried being able to use the credit card overseas and it`s mainly for domestic purchases then this card is the way to go. I`ve got one and JCB are amazing. I have a back up Visa for overseas. This card comes with Edy as well and you can charge from your credit card and with spending you are actually end up getting 1 mile per 100 yen so better than normal Edy spending.



Yes you can sign them up with ANA card according to here http://www.ana.co.jp/eng/amc/regist/card_family.html however I believe you cannot pool miles but that being said https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/lo...lymile.html#04 you can combine miles to achieve an award in the order specificied on that website. Basically, it is my understand you cannot as such pool all the miles into one place but rather have miles deducted from multiple accounts if all family members are ANA card holders.



I suspect this won`t be possible but it might be as it is within the same card company.
