Hate to say it, but they should never have been boarded in AMD to begin with. That was the real problem, not the denied boarding in BOM.
Maybe so if that is what ITs rules say BUT having got them to Mumbai, why deny baording? ... were they expected to do in Mumbai? They cant be put on a plane back to AHM that would be against rules rt? Was the family expected to wait in Mumbai until someone could 'rescue' them.
