Maybe you could post the computer you are using, the browser, the ISP, and any other detail you think relevant. Then other members here with similar configurations might either be able to help, or maybe just commiserate.

I'm on an iMac, Safari browser, and use Comcast as my ISP. With that configuration, Priceline is behaving (other than a couple bids I can't seem to win at my budget).

You might also try www.betterbidding.com.

I don't like to totally clear cookies, as a lot of them save me typing. But sometimes I've fixed a problem by getting into them and then searching on "priceline" (or word of choice) and deleting all cookies with that word.
