On one hand I agree with you, on the other hand everybody on this forum does his/her best to help each other. It could very well be that the OP did not even think of the option that in certain places you can transfer without entering a country, which is possible at many airports and I assumed to be the case at CDG as well. If this is not the case in France/CDG I am highly surprised and stand corrected. Also note that I did not post it as a fact, but added an option to the possible answers on the OP's question - the one that I believed to be right.
Besides that I agree with Gajan that a forum can never be used as a 100% reliable source of information (especially in sensitive cases like this) due to the unofficial information/opinions which are posted with the best of intentions but are not guaranteed to be correct - including mine. The only 100% right answer can in this case be given by Embassies/Consulates.
