but in this case, kudos to the family for kicking up a fuss and giving IT a ton load of
well deserved bad publicity - a well deserved kick in the Cr0!!h - disgusting behaviour on their part to inconvenience the mother and kids like this
i dont know their policy is but if you can fly them from AHM you can definitely allow them to continue
it will be interesting to see if IT owns up and says we messed up big time and taking positive action rather than just trying to cover up under the guise of the policy
