BA Miles: EASY choice... LAN in Business Class with multiple stopovers. I'm doing Argentina, Chile, Peru later this year.

AA: JAL or CX to Asia.

CO: I dont know enough about *A carriers, so I wont opine

AMEX: Save them for the future

I'd also recommend signing up for hotel programs. After all, you will need a place to stay
