Everyone's body clock is different and I hate the morning flight. On the night flight I can do a full day in the office in Boston, dinner and a few drinks at Logan then sleep all of the way to London. The dayflight feels like a wasted day - I have to get up early, don't sleep on the plane then find it hard to sleep when I get home.

The worst morning flight was after being out drinking until 2am, 3 hours sleep in the hotel then suffering the whole flight with a stinking hangover.

For Westbound I prefer the mid-afternoon BA215. You don't have to LHR too early and it gets into BOS early enough to go out for dinner before collapsing.
