are you sure? why would they choose to offload a blind woman and children to facilitate a VIP and not select someone else - not only are they heartless but beyond dumb!

if you look carefully at the pics posted on midday (dont know what value the BPs add to the story!) the BPs it seems the BOM GOI segment is economy - i always assumed VIPs travelled J and wouldnt set foot at the back of the bus
(unless they had someone bumped from J to Y.....)

whatever the reason, its just terrible - specially when you leave a person stranded in transit - heartless
