So I have applied for this credit card and have been approved, now it's the waiting game for when the card arrives. I just have a few questions which I hope some of you members who hold this card might be able to answer for me.

1) For the introductory offer of 5000 AM upon spending $5000hkd, does the $5000 include online purchases, or must it be in-store with receipt? The same question goes for the 1AM/8HKD, can that be done online? And what if the website is from lets say Macau which charges in MOP, would the 1AM/2HKD still be offered?

2) For the complimentary Plaza Premium pass for the supplementary card holder, does this include access to the arrival lounge in HK? Since the arrival lounge is operated by Plaza Premium, I assume it does. And I also assume that any Plaza Premium lounge whether in HK or other airports such as YVR will also allow access tot he supplementary card holder?

3) It states that you are only allowed into a Plaza Premium once per day, but can they check that? Say you leave from HKG and use the Plaza Premium lounge, then fly to PEK for a transfer to TPE. Can you use the Plaza Premium lounge in both HKG and PEK in the same day?

4) For the travel inconvenience insurance that comes with AMEX, is that $4000HKD total or $4000 for you and $4000 for your spouse. If it's the former ($4k total), what if your spouse is the supplementary card holder, does that make it $8000?

5) Can I book tickets using my credit card for flights for my father through CX website to gain the double AM offer and what about booking a holiday package through CXholidays for my father, will I be able to get the 3X AM rewards?
