If you prefer doing the messy transfers in Europe, perhaps you'd consider the AF/JL flight from CDG to HND. Frankly, if I were in Brussels, I'd rather do the NRT-HND transfer than go through CDG, but YMMV.

Regarding train times within Japan, I recommend one of the timetable sites - Hyperdia or Jorudan. (Both should come up in google).
