Brussels to Japan?

Hi forum,

Long time lurker here (~7 years).

I got a job interview in Tokushima, and I'm based in Brussels. They've asked me to arrange for the flights which they will later reimburse (Y), and I have no idea about the best airlines or connections to get down there. I think this is probably the best place to ask.

I see ANA would be an option (intra European to MUC or FRA with LH, then ANA to Tokyo and to TKS). However they use HND for the national connection and NRT for the international one, making a scary connection in the way there and an over night layover in the return flight. I can do the same route with KLM but it has the same problem, o/n layover included. Flights all seem to be Europe-NRT and then HND-TKS.

Going to Osaka is anothe option. That opens the options of doing:
LH BRU-FRA-KIX
KLM BRU-AMS-KIX
AF BRU-CDG-KIX (the first is a train)

How easy is Osaka to Tokushima on the ground? (bus/train, although not really looking forward to it after the long flight)

Any recommendation on the best connection and/or airline? which one is nicer for the long-haul?

I've asked the company to get in contact with someone there for advice on this, but I'm sure you know better

Thanks in advance
