I am PMNW, and I love most of the changes that DL has brought to the mix. My areas of friction on the board involve that masterful PR dept. at DL that have inflated the egos of Elites to make them think they are more valuable than they are. There is an unbelievable sense of entitlement with many on here that seem to ignore the fact that DL is a for-profit business. I am sure many think I am an a$$hole on here, but I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. I am a frequent flyer purist.
