When I go to the LH web site, it says there is no lounge for business class, but there is for *G? Will I be able to get my spouse and minor child into that lounge on my status alone, or will they be sticklers on the one guest rule?
Thanks for any advice.
In Venice there is a sort of *G lounge. When I flew TK through there, I was let in the lounge +1. My guess is that the same rules will be applied for LH (the lounge has a very complicated list of rules, which if I understood correctly while reading upside/down meant I could not bring my guest).
At the same time, this is Italy, so expect rules to be somewhat flexible.
As for minor: I guess it depends on two factors: age (a toddler will be allowed for sure, a 16-year old teen might cause some problem), and how quite s/he is (the quieter the better).
Last but not least: make sure you bring with you as many passports as you can. Internet slips are 15-min long, and it is one per passport (yes, I know it's stupid, but these are the rules, and you cannot bend these ones).
