Not that easy, clearly. BA's automated system clearly doesn't get that someone would be as mad as to fly to the same destination twice in one day and has only credited me for a single return... and the automated missing miles function on the BA site thinks I have already taken the trip (it stupidly must check the airports rather than the actual ticket number) already even though it doesn't show in my statement. I will be calling BAEC when they open, even though I'm expecting a fair level of puzzlement!
