nice post; I think there are people who fly/work for a lot of companies; even DL/WN who read these forums who share your passion.

To add some value to this thread, I agree with the OP. There are many posts that are immediately flamed by others. I find the behavior interesting, and I have often wondered if these posters are @$$ holes in real life or just on Flyertalk.
