Third and final part:
Day 5 was cooler and we spent the afternoon strolling on the beach at medano, transport to the beach, was a sort of mexican
rickshaw(picture a hansom carriage but a bike rider instead of a horse). I'm wondering if the rates change depending on
temperture. Nonetheless, downtown to medano ran us 3 dollars, our driver expertly navigated the several speed bumps in town.
Sadly, none were at the beach when we wanted to go a back downtown, we settled for a taxi.
Our cruise on the Jungle was nice, louder than Pez gato, and the crew a little wilder than the Pez gato. They the crew, decided
at one point to "moon" a passing boat. The weather was cooler and the seas rougher, but all in all an enjoyable ride. If your
looking for a recommendation, any of the boats are fine, the deal is seeing the sunset at lands end. However, i'd personally go
with the Pez Gato. Dinner was back at the hacienda del Mar, at Pitahayas. The tour books all said this was the best restuarant
in town and it was 5 diamond all the way. Dinner, drinks and dessert came to a shade over $103. It was one of the finest meals
I've had anywhere(and with the timeshare people picking up $100
Day 6, we strolled along shipwreck beach, collecting shells, admiring the lovely sunrise, holding hands and just enjoying life.
Then our trip to the airport. The flights home were sad having to leave cabo, but nice. Both Lynn and I got upgrades on both our
flights. It did take some explaining to the america west ticket counter agent, that if there are seats in FC on the connecting
flight we can get them now. She was under the impression that we had to get those upgrades in phoenix, she called over a
supervisor and we had our FC for the connecting flight.
