1) Not suprising - their IT is total fail.
2) Layman terms you would think that they would respect their most loyal customers but this doesn't seem to be so. Perhaps they just aren't available for the sake of just that they aren't available or their IT can't handle emergency seats(?)
3) Hard product is great. In my opinion food is best across the industry in Y(by far margin when flying EX-IST). Leg room is good and you have your own IFE. Soft product tends to vary. Sometimes it's great, sometimes you just have to ask yourself "are these FA's serious?".
