Between 14 September and 14 December 2010, Customers who purchase foreign currency of £50 or more for the first time at any participating Travelex retail store, or from www.batravelmoney.com (the “BA Travel Money Website”), and hold a British Airways (“BA”) Executive Club card account, will be offered 1000 bonus BA Miles in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. This promotion is only available on foreign currency transactions made in the following circumstances:

a. Foreign currency orders placed on the BA Travel Money Website by the customer for collection collected from a participating UK Travelex retail store between 14 September and 14 December 2010 inclusive; and
b. Walk up transactions by customers purchasing foreign currency at a participating UK Travelex retail store between 14 September and 14 December 2010 inclusive.

2. A BA Executive Club card or number must be entered on the BA Travel Money Website or presented at the point of sale or collection for BA Miles to be awarded.
3. A BA Executive Club card holder who has not previously purchased currency from Travelex must spend a minimum of £50 in order to qualify for the 1000 Mile bonus:

a. 1 BA Mile will be awarded per £5 spent on purchases of £50 - £149.99
b. 1 BA Mile will be awarded per £3 spent on purchases of £150-£299.99
c. 1 BA mile per £1 spent on purchases of £300 or more up to a maximum of £2500 (a,b,c hereinafter referred to as the “Standard BA Miles”); and
d. 1000 bonus BA Mile offer applies to first £50 spend only.

4. Subject to paragraph 5 below, Standard BA Miles on a transaction will be credited to the customer’s BA Executive Club card account 31 days after the order has been paid for and collected. Bonus BA Miles on the transaction will be credited to the customer 31 days after their order has been paid for and collected. Bonus BA Miles will be calculated on the basis of the actual amount spent by the customer with Travelex (i.e. any foreign currency amount returned to Travelex under the Buy Back Plus product will not qualify for the acquisition bonus).
5. No cash or other alternative to the Bonus BA Miles shall be offered to the customer.
6. This promotion valid on cash foreign exchange transactions only - does not apply to Sterling travellers cheque transactions or the purchase of Travelex’s Cash Passports.
7. This promotion may also be used in conjunction with the 500 mile Frequency bonus – Customers who qualify for the 1000 mile bonus and then subsequently make two further separate currency transactions of £50 or more before 14/09/11 will be awarded a further 500 mile bonus.

a. 500 mile bonus will be awarded on foreign currency transactions made in the following circumstances:
1. currency orders placed on the BA Travel Money Website by the customer for collection collected from a participating UK Travelex retail store between 14 September 2010 and 13 September 2011 inclusive; and
2. Walk up transactions by customers purchasing foreign currency at a participating UK Travelex retail store between 14 September 2010 and 13 September 2011 inclusive.
b. A BA Executive Club card holder must make three separate purchases of £50 or more in order to qualify for the frequency Bonus Miles promotion, each transaction must be made at least 24hrs apart:
1. 1 BA Mile will be awarded per £5 spent on purchases of £50 - £149.99
2. 1 BA Mile will be awarded per £3 spent on purchases of £150-£299.99
3. 1 BA mile per £1 spent on purchases of £300 or more up to a maximum of £2500 (a,b,c hereinafter referred to as the “Standard BA Miles”); and
4. 500 bonus miles is payable only once
