I like the HL Sedona, although it was a bit dated. But, definitely big thumbs up the fitness center/tennis/pools, and the hiking opportunities are excellent. Location isn't that far from Sedona (and parking there wasn't an issue). As for the heat, even at the max temps, not an issue for me. It's a dry heat. (but then I'm used to the same temps at near 100% humidity).
