While I can't compare it to the hotel in Greece that you mention, I can say that we like the Hilton Sedona. It is quite a nice property. The downside, possibly, as others have said, is that it is not in the center of things. I stayed in the center of town once and didn't like it as well as I did the Hilton. I didn't think the center of town was all that special.
