When it's cold, I eat steel cut oatmeal. I make it in the rice cooker - dump everything in the rice cooker the night before, set the timer, and it's ready to eat in the morning. It's pretty creamy on its own, but I usually add some lowfat milk, agave nectar, cinnamon and whatever plain toasted nuts I've got (lately, it's been almond slices).
When it's warm, I often eat homemade granola with plain nonfat yogurt. Kashi Go Lean Crunch is a decent substitute when I'm feeling too lazy to make granola.

Reason: adding the Crunch - regular Kashi Go Lean tastes like cardboard!
