Delta awards are not published in the airline reservation systems, so specifying the award class won't return the data. Upgrade availability for DL is published, and therefore is an exclusive feature of ExpertFlyer.com.
However the only source for DL award availability is Delta.com or a Skyteam member website that has an alliance award search. Any source that claims to offer DL award information is getting it from the airline website.
