Just a minor note: Both AC and VS only offer business class. They may call it "Executive First" or "Upper Class" or whatever the marketing department came up with, but it´s still business class.

That being said, the seats are quite similar, both airlines have an arrivals lounge at LHR (though the VS clubhouse may be a little nicer). I´d probably base my choice based on schedule/most convenient connection/price.
