These seem to be a lot of minor problems. Has this happened continually or was it just "one of those trips". I don't think it is necessary to attack the OP on a personal basis. FWIW - the Westin brand has been diluted and I really don't think there is any difference between Sheraton and Westin at this point. In many cases, I now prefer staying at a Sheraton.
