I'm arriving at Terminal 5 at 9:45AM. A friend of mine is arriving in Terminal 4 at 10:15AM. I would like to meet up with him and then take the tube to our hotel (he is afraid to tube for the first time - poor guy..)

Everything I read talks about getting from T4 to T5 and not the other way around. Worse it says you need to take the bus (T4 to T5) that runs every 30 mins and takes 15 min total time.

Is there a better way to get from T5 to T4?
