What is your price range? Seems like the 5* are going for $500+ per night for the lowest cat rooms.

Capella is the newest resort and incredible. Comparable to Esperanza due to the limited number of rooms. You'll never feel crowded. However, the beach is not swimmable (not many resorts have swimmable beaches).
