I had a very good experience obtaining warranty repairs on a Victorinix at Modern Leather in midtown Manhattan. On two occasions, they repaired a blown seam and damaged zipper while I waited. I saw them doing the same for other customers. If you live in NYC or your bag is damaged during a visit to the city, you can't beat their service.
