I've had the same thing happen to me with another airline. They actually totally cancelled the flight I was going to be on and then put my wife and I on another flight sitting nowhere near each other. There really isn't much you can do even if you call them. Their only response will be, "I'm sorry, we changed our schedule". It's still worth bringing it to there attention.
