And to add to my favour for them several of the waiters/waitresses got to know by first name terms.
So if your ever on the move about new york and are at 46 and 3 at Lexington (I think). It is 511 lexington for the address though.
So I am seeing if anyone else has experienced this superb wee gem? And if anyone has any secret gems from around the world that can delight us?
When I worked on Park between 47th & 48th I tried this place. Once. Just once. Sorry, but I gotta disagree with you. Service was fine, but food was nothing special and the prices, well, one can tell that it's attached to a hotel. Now maybe it's changed since I was there (a few years ago), but I still make it a habit to avoid places connected to hotels. Even the Starbucks location there charged more than others due to it's placement adjacent to the hotel lobby. Much like the Starbucks in the NY Hilton.
At least you didn't find yourself in the buffet place across the street on Lexington. That place scares me. Last I checked, it hadn't scored well on the city's new health exam.
