Wouldn't this be better under the master thread for Westin Peachtree? The title implies that the entire company is collapsing, but the thread is actually about some irritating experiences at a single hotel.

It is understandable that people who have bad experiences want to yell and lash out, but really it is not helpful to post separate threads.
