Thanks for the tips. I tried using Expertflyer to look up availability but unless I'm doing it wrong, it doesn't look like you can search for coach reward flights for Delta.

I didn't try KVS as I have a Mac....can you search for award ticket availability there?

So I just called Delta again. Told them my DPS/CMH routing, and the conversation went like this:

Her:"I don't see anything available"
Me: "Really? I can see flights available from Singapore online but want to check additional code-share flights on Korean Airlines that don't show up online"
Her:"Yes sir, I look at everything.
Me: And nothing shows up?
Her: No sir, I'm not seeing anything. There is one flight Hong Kong express showing.
Me: So i have to fly to Hong Kong?
Her: That's all I'm showing as available
Me: Can you check a few dates before
Her: Yes sir, hold on
Her: Sorry sir, nothing is showing up

I spoon fed her the Korean Air DPS/ICN flight number and she didn't know what was up with that.

So really...how can other folks have success and I get a stone-faced "Nothing is showing up sir," when even online I can find 130k R/T rewards.....

Is it because I'm not lookin' to book a Business Class flight? Or my 139k miles makes them laugh?

I really need to figure out how to use these miles as they are hopefully my trip back to Asia in November or so...
