I'll be travelling with my parter shortly to Barbados. I have over 70,000 air miles.

We are travelling economy but I was thinking of trying to upgrade with miles at the airport - or even see how much money it would cost to upgrade and then keep my miles for a bit longer!

Does anyone know if this sort of think is possible please? If a cash purchase at the airport to update to premium ec - any ideas how much each way?
