Palmilla is very nice and yes there are swimmable beaches...

The only problem with this resort, when i staied there in August few years ago, was the unbelivable situation of all the restaurants that were completely overbooked every night.
I had most of my reservation for dinner done before arriving and reconfirmed once in the resort...and I had anyway to fight everynight to get my table when at the restaurant....
